About Pittsburgh Steelers Fan Club of Baltimore North
The PSFCOB north chapter began during the 1995 season. As you know the Purple Goose (the original PSFCOB bar) had become a bit cramped. At the time the place was named "Straps". There were eleven members there for the first game. Ten if you count that Little Mike left exclaiming 'F@#! this place, I'm outta' here' when the satellite feed didn't work correctly.
We "came with the place" when Straps became "The Calgary Cattle Company" in '96 and then the Bulls Eye in '03.
Now of course the Really BIG NEWS.
In the summer of 2005 with The Bulls Eye having some "ownership" issues to work through (they had been closed since the end of April) we decided to make the switch to The LOFT.
The owner Joe Furst Has given us the ENTIRE bar for the games. That's right! You Heard It! The doors will be locked, any customers (on a Monday or Thursday night) kicked out two hours before game time and only people WE let in allowed.
Next game day stop in, we would love to meet you!
